My debt had prescribed but these ****** did not inform me that my debt had prescribed and I agreed to settle and also trigger a prescription investigation. Now they are saying that I cannot claim prescription because of settlement. These people need to be transparent about prescription and its ******* to request payment for debt that has prescribed
