This company is a ****.*****!!!!

I must say I really don't understand how big companies such as Standard bank could ever go into business with companies such as DMC. I have tried numerous times to contact them and no one has managed to explain what the hell is going on with the statements I've been receiving. I have been paying on a monthly basis R1000 for a loan I had a Standard Bank and all of a sudden, I received an sms saying my payment due on the 10th of March was not done. The debit order went off on the 28th of February. They've increased the number of months now from 13 months to 17 months. I need some clarity from someone because having read all the comments on this company, many people are complaining about this ****. <br> I would like to have someone stop this and give me my money back so that I can take it directly to Standard Bank because these third party agents are just bogus.
