They stole my money

As I write this message I am fuming because DMC debited my whole salary without speaking to me. DMC took the whole R6600 which I am supposed to use for my rent, my helper, my babies school transport, creche fees.... without speaking to me. I last spoke to this company last year February when I was receiving uif to settle my accounts I made an arrangement with them to debit a settlement for my cash converters account and a settlement for my Russell's account which unfortunately I was able to only settle one due to the amount I received from uif and ever since I have never spoken to them I have been unemployed for over a year and I only got a job in april. This is my first salary but now its gone. DMC I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The money is not reversable and I dont remember approving a debit check with you this year... I want an agent who processed this to be dealt with accordingly and I want a call recording that proves that I approved a debit check. I am taking this to the ombudsman.
