They refuse to meet me halfway as I clear my name

I have asked this company to debit my account on the 1st of April 2021 and this hasn't been actioned. It seems like this company enjoys reflecting a bad payment history on my credit report and they don't want me to pay them off. I've written numerous emails in which they respond with apologies and promise to debt. Up till this day the debit order hasn't gone through.
