They destroy consumers credit records 😭😭

My Foschini account with Ref no:***3 has been paid in full on the 02/August/2021 with 50%discount from DMC Credit management I then received a paid up letter on the 18/October/2021 stating that my account is paid in full.

To my surprise I still get emails from them stating that I need to settle my account and they even listed me on credit bureau I tried to contact them to get this matter resolved on this WhatsApp number *** they ask me for my paid up letters I sent it more than three times nothing has been done.i feel I was robed of my money because no-one is taking account on this.
