They are not good at all their service is poor.

I have a serious problem with DMC and I need help. They refuse to remove my name under debt on my credit . The account was prescribted in 2016 by Foschini and they insist that its active with them in 2019 I have tried to call Experian to assist but they say I still owe them 12000 that I have no knowledge of. I have tried and called them request the signed agreement with them or when theres a recording of my agreeing with this debt to no vail. They are *********** and rude and I need your help I dont know what to do. On Foschini' s side theres no balance. My ID NO IS ***.pLEASE ASSIST
