They are messing my credit score

Good day I had an account with truwoth 2019 the account was handed over to DMC..Gower in 2023 the debt prescribed and it was removed..what bothered Is that some months they add it back I log a complain it gets removed then added again. April sane thing happened the account was removed again now in July it's added again and this keeps messing my credit score..I spoke to their what's helpline and the person was very rude ticket number 395838 name Tamyron Morrison
