The worst organization to get involved with

I've had the worst experience with this organization. After learning that my FNB loan was increasing while paying them. I negotiated with FNB to pay myself as I found myself deeper in the debt than before. Now today I see that there is a new debt added to my credit record and it is non other than DMC7 with an amount of R5,519. I honestly am going to take this further.
