The worst company I've dealt with

This is unacceptable I had an account over 10 years ago. It's still reflecting on my name. I have submitted and provides the representative that come to my house all the paperwork I had, Paid him the outstanding amount of over R2000 and he advised me he will make copies and drop off the docs.. This was about 5 years ago.. nothing done. My name is still paid and they want me to pay again. They are *******. I have tested positive for the virus and was unable to purchase a bed and essential items due to my name still bad... They take forever to respond and have the most uneducated agents. I'm taking this up with my legal team.
