Terrible Service

Nedbank handed over my account to DMC, I made payment on the 26th of July 2019, to date I am still told that payment has not reflected on DMC's side. I emailed them the proof of payment and the reference number and account details used were correct.

No one seems to know what could be the reason for my payment not reflecting on their side. I wonder why would a company like Nedbank associate itself with DMC.
