Terrible service!!!!!!!

I called DMC regarding an outstanding loan account for Real People and all i wanted was a settlement letter but this proved impossible. I spoke to a consultant by the name of Cindy and all she could tell me was that she cant send me the letter and upon asking to speak to a supervisor or manager who could assist or explain why they cant send me the letter I was put on hold only to be disconnected. I find it very strange that in December a settlement letter was sent to me but due to unforeseen circumstances i couldn't settle the account then. now what has changed since then. I strongly suggest that you take your consultant for training on query resolution and how to handle customers because her tone, awkward silence and sigh's (Very unprofessional). Now can someone please do their job and send me a settlement letter!!!!!!!!!!
