Terrible !!!!!

You guys debited me today on the 13th December 2024 ! When clearly I said the 31st of December . How the hell am I suppose to sort out my kids and food on the table when you deduct almost R2000 now already ! Ridiculous! I want my money reversed back into my account immediately !! You guys have no respect ! There’s a reason as to why we say the given date ! Don’t do your own thing and deduct my account and track it for money ! I want this sorted ! It’s my Christmas money for my kids ! How would you guys feel if it happens to you !
