TAKING PEOPLE FOR A RIDE

I wrote to DMC directly after they activated debt that had prescribed,they changed the date of last payment so prescription would not apply from an account that was DMC 5 to now DMC 909 which is secondary debt that arouse from a debt that had prescribed. I then asked them to send me proof of me having acknowledged this debt, 2 months later they still have not answered my request and if in deed this account has not prescribed they pushed the envelop on collection fees. If your debt has not prescribed be very careful when you pay this debt make sure they have not overcharged you in collection fees.
