Stop report false information to credit bureaus

Can you guys correct my status on credit bureaus, it always shows that I miss payments since the wall of last year you guys are reporting false information on my profile heavily affecting my ITC. My Id number is ***. I need this solved otherwise they won't be any point to pay this account since month in month out you report that I missed payment to itc it's been going on for a long time. Please fix this and I need confirmation of this
