STILL TAKING THIS UP FURTHER

I am so happy i am not thee only person that is complaining about DMC. I think they take us for fools that dont know our rights. I raised prescription as a defense as i have not paid or acknowledged the debt that they bought, worse this debt is secondary debt that arouse from an account that has already prescribed and they are trying to corner me into paying. I then asked for proof of me acknowledging this debt or a prescription letter and they keep sending me a debit order form. You have no proof of payment or acknowledgement and want me to pay for an account that has prescribed??? People i advice you to read up on your rights as 3rd party companies like DMC will take advantage of that.
