Still not resolved but a review is asked. Are you serious?

I was not helped so why am I getting a email I was assisted I was sent a text saying I must provide proof of payments to a amount of debt I never had. Nothing has been resolved. I also emailed someone in management at dmc. They never responded. I will not be held accountable for debt I never took out for 183 000. It I cannot be provided with a breakdown of what it's for and when it was taken out and what the 183 000 is for then then please do not contact me again and do not send people to my house and please remove my data from your systems!
