<div>So, prescribed accounts. Accounts prescribed in 2022, I went under debt review in 2023. Still you are refusing to remove the prescribed account from my profile and suddenly overnight it became more accounts Finfix is of no help so my next step is a ***** case against you people that are trying to lie saying there was telephonic arrangements but you have no proof of this.</div>

18 Jan 2024, 12:10You don't investigate and you don't get back to anyone, I have provided proof from Capitec that the accounts are prescribed. You keep saying my husband phoned in and interrupted prescription but you are unable to provide proof of this as it never happened. I want those accounts removed from the debt review status and also from his credit profile all together. I am not playing around this year, not with you, and not with finfix. I am sick and tired of you people just doing what you want.
I know about the truworths account and that will be paid when the mess with the capitec accounts are sorted out. I will not pay prescribed debt

No feedback has been received from your investigation. I have received messages that your field agent will contact me. Do you now know what PRESCRIBED IS ???
