Stay away from companies like DMC

Good evening I had a Markham account and times got tough to a point that I couldn't pay anymore. So DMC took over my Markham account. I managed to pay off my Markham account thru DMC last year November, but when I check my credit report my Markham account is still active even after I paid it off. I tried contacting DMC but I'm not getting any assistance from them H T Piste ***
