simply need a respone to my endless emails

Good Day<br> I have an outstanding debt with DMC .last month i had a telephonic conversation to load and increase my monthly installement to them it was confirmed via the telephone as well as via email (which i still have) from a Sharlene Daniels.I have sent emsil to your infodesk email no response.Last month no debit went off and i'm worried i am charged a interest for non payment even though io have made arrangements for the funds to be available.All i want to know is will a debit come off this month Yes or no as i filled in a form and confirmed payment agreement. Liase via email please.
