Sick of people refusing to do their jobs!!!

Every month I pay my account on time. I do not have fax or email facility to send a proof op payment, I live on a farm, far from any facilities. Plus it costs extra money to do that. Every month I get a sms to notify me that I am in arrears, and all kinds of threats. I am sick of it, they refuse to check their bank statements for my payment. I am sure it is part of a credit controllers daily job function to check bank statements for payments to reconcile accounts.
