Seven (7) months wait for a prescription letter, and counting

DMC has got to be the most unprofessional, *********** and ineffective debt Collector in South Africa. How do you commit to investigate as to whether or not an account is precsibed in 30 days, which is too long, but then seven months??? Every sungle time I call their call centre, the call eitjwr foes not get answered or geta cut off. I don't even want to talk about the poor quality of their chat app, where every consultant you chat to says they will check with their supervisor why a prescription letter jas not been sent after promising to send it 10 000 times. Absolutely disgusting
