Settlement Letters

My tenant lady borrow me money to settle all my outstanding debt. I spoke to few consultants from DMC for settlement amounts and they email me letter and also confirm on the phone. On the 14 December 2021 i settle both my accounts in full as per agreement but till today i struggle to get my settlement letter s from them. My account is also debited for December and no refund is paid back yet into my account. This is very diabolical and inappropriate service from them ignoring my calls and emails.
