Settlement letter not received for FNB loan

My FNB loan was handed over to DMC Debt management. They called me and offered me a 30 % discount which I had to settle over 6 months. As much as I struggled to make payments, I was determined to stick to the arrangement and made all the payments over 6 months. The last payment was made end of May. I then had a chat with one of their consultants who told me she was my arrangement and that her manager will clear my account and that i will receive a settlement letter within 7 days. 5 weeks later am still waiting for the settlement letter. Every time I contact them they tell me they are waiting for FNB yet when I log into their portal it shows I still owe them. I'm very frustrated as I was sure that I will at least have 1 debt settled this year. I have contacted them more than 3 times in the last month yet still nothing
