Settlement Letter & ITC
I settled my account the 31 August 2018, and i have since been requesting a settlement letter from Lu***a Bo**a; ********** ********** helpdesk+ ********** ********** and it seems my mails are being ignored. Please provide me with a settlement letter so to get Nedbank to update my ITC. this is my last attempt before i lodge a complaint with the society of law. i kept my promise, so please do right by me.
