Settlement Agreement

I am absolutely appalled with service that I have received from DMC. The consultant Andiswa Booi refused refused to get the call recordings of a settlement agreement of ***3 where discount was offered and the amount was less. Even this morning when she called again it was the same amount but when the letter came it was not as agreed upon. She blatantly refused. What happened to accountability and ownership. I am so furious right now . What happened to customer service and why do want to rob people
