I disputed my outstanding balance with DMC for the last two month and it seems they are refusing to acknowledge my side of the story, but what is sad is that no one has even contacted me ever since, every time I call all that is said to me is that your account is in query. I missed a few payment due to receiving half of my salary due to the national lockdown that has affected everyone which I mentioned to them and even paid two of my instalment ahead in the hope that we will receive full salary by then. To increase my account by the discounted amount due to this I find it very unfair especially when one is trying to settle the account. Even worse is that I'm just left in the blue....
