I had a Loan account with Standard Bank, which the bank sold or handed over to DMC but the whole debt has been long since expired. It's been a long while since they have been trying to collect on an expired and prescribed debt. Now they are refusing to issue me with a Prescription Letter of the written off debt. I am really disgusted by the way they do business and carry themselves. I already paid them money on a debt only to find out that the account was written-off by the original creditor. That is *******. I am giving them a chance to make things right before I take this to higher authority. Bunch of ****s. #WIN
