**** they stole money from my account

The keep calling me 24/7 yet they can't give me an answer to why they calling me and now they took money from my account this is a **** company they people are rude they unprofessional I went to my bank they said they can't reverse the money,the took 800 from my account.so everyone watch out for this company please
