Rude customer agent

I owe capitec since 2018.... These guys decided to call me yesterday after such a very long time... Their one agent called 22 /5/24... The guy isn't well trained, poor communication and listening skills... If their calls are really recording, they can go ahead and listen to the conversation I had with the guy. And I will not even be paying them, they are most welcome to do whatever they want... Not even a cent.
