Rude consultants

Good day My name is Thembi Phuti I have settled my account with Dmc on the 28-02-2022, i have been going back and forth with them to clear my account they send me from pillar to post, The staff is rude and they keep on hanging up their phones whenever I call and do not want to give up their superior telephone number, I have had it I want my clearance letter.
