RUDE, ARROGANT AND PATHETIC

Where do I eve start with the ********** service I have received from this pathetic company, which seriously need to be reported and closed down. I am listed on ITC with this terrible DMC, as my truworths account was paid up 3 years ago and somehow I was listed with this DMC. I have called on numerous occasions and all i get told is to be patient and wait this takes longer than i expect. The consultant was extremely rude and ********* in their response to me. I am waiting for more than a month with regards to this being resolved. Truworths also emailed them to state that the account was paid in full and settled and attached proof of the paid up letter, but up until now i am still waiting for them to clear my name. This is very unfair as now i am basically listed for something that was paid and settled three years ago. From what i see DMC does not even respond to complaints on Hello Peter. Something has to be done about this company with immediate effect.
