Review of DMC Debt Collectors – Extremely Unprofessional and Unresponsive

I am beyond frustrated with DMC. Despite providing them with clear proof that my MTN account was fully paid through another third-party collector, they continue to list the debt on my credit report. I’ve reached out multiple times, submitted documentation, and requested that they remove themselves from my credit profile—yet they refuse to take action.

Their lack of communication, refusal to acknowledge the evidence provided, and the ongoing damage to my credit score is completely unacceptable. It feels like they are either ignoring me on purpose or are incapable of managing their records properly.

I’ve upheld my responsibility and paid what was owed—DMC is now the only party acting in bad faith. If you're dealing with them, make sure to keep everything in writing and escalate early. They do not seem interested in resolving issues fairly.
