Request for Debt Breakdown

My name is Bukiwe Nyangane. I had a debt with Old Mutual which I last paid in 2023. This account was subsequently handed over to DMC.

Recently, I approached Bayport Financial Services to request a consolidation of my debts. However, I was informed that DMC is unwilling to provide me with a settlement figure.

I am formally requesting that DMC provide me with:

1. A detailed breakdown of the amount of my debt at the time Old Mutual handed it over to DMC. 2. A clear explanation of how interest has been calculated since then.

At present, I have been advised that I am owing R298,000, but I am not in agreement with this figure. For transparency and fairness, I kindly ask that you send me the full breakdown so that I can understand how this amount was reached.
