Reopening of Precibed Accounts

precibed Account DMC: Settlement Discount Offer (***) this is bad for my credit score... As am unable to pay this debt and reason i failed to pay its because during Covid we were not getting paid that why i wasn't able to afford payments but for a Company to reopen an account that has 4years of missed payments that's wrong..
