Reopened prescribed account

My name is Titus, my credit score is affected by DMC for prescribed debts, I had accounts with Joshua Doors which doesn't exit anymore and that was in 2015, on my credit report shows that I'm owing DMC R35000, dmc closed the accounts and reopened them again recently,,when I called dmc they told me I'm under debts review which isn't true and they gave me an unexisting company name with invelid number. The consultant was very rude, forcing me to make payment arrangements of which I refused. My number has been blocked, I cannot get hold of them anymore. I will take the matter to NCR and I will expose this company.
