Remove My Listing - ********* Business Practice

<p>To Whom It May Concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I trust that this email finds you well.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently checked my Transunion credit profile, only to find that I have recently been listed for an alleged account in 2008.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called Transunion and was provided with the number for your offices.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Linda Tukhuta on the 21st July 2017 around 8:20am and was unable to resolve this matter. I left a message for a manager to call me back and received no telephone call by 13:00 (which was the promised time).</p> <p> </p> <p>I then contacted your offices again later that day and spoke to Lihle (surname unknown) at around 13:30pm and asked to speak to management (who were still in meetings).</p> <p> </p> <p>I received a call around 13:45 from Luyulo and was advised that I would be called at 14:30 as Luyolo has a meeting to attend to. No call back was received.</p> <p> </p> <p>I attempted to contact your offices again on the same day at around 16:40 only to get a voice prompt telling me that the offices are closed.</p> <p> </p> <p>1) I do not acknowledge this debt<br />2) Nobody has contacted me in the last 3 years verbally or in writing and if this was my debt, it would have prescribed<br />3) The ID number given to me by Linda Thukuta does not match my ID number yet this has been listed on my profile<br />4) The cellphone number given to me by Linda Thukuta does not match my cellphone number</p> <p> </p> <p>My rights have been violated and this listing is effecting my credit profile.</p> <p>I would appreciate that this be removed from my profile with immediate effect.</p> <p> </p> <p>The listing reference as shown on my ITC record, is 197 283 88.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact me urgently regarding this matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also sent an email to Donee Welgemoed and Luyolo whom I am advised share the same email account ********** <p> </p> <p>Best Regards</p> <p>Kim Lawrence</p>
