DMC team: the harassment imposed on consumers and torture from your call centers, at times you call people during classes, seminars,workshops and hospitals, for what? Yel on them and insist on OLD accounts that are over 5 to 10 years. Align yourself with statutory processes and legislative acts, unless we have a need to involve ombudsman intervention.
