Refuse to give me contract papers

I recently tried to take a loan and they told me about a DMC debt collection company listing me in 2012.I called them and they told me about a Bradlows account.I requested a contract from them which they failed to give me.I am taking this matter with the credit ombudsman if this company dont remove my name from credit bureau.I know that this type of company is one of those going around buying old debts and listing people on credit bureaus ********ly.They must remove my name on credit bureau or I will contact the Ombudsman and the NCR and expose them as they are doing things *******ly.
