Refusal to unblacklist me as per NCA

I have two accounts with DMC which were handed over to Gerhard Van Der Merwe attorneys which I have been blacklisted for. I have to date paid of the capital amounts on both accounts as per the National Credit Regulator and have requested for them to remove the blacklisted on the credit bureau. They have refused to do so.<br> I can not contact DMC directly as when I do so they say that I should communicate with the attorneys.<br> I understand fully that I am still liable for the balance and will continue to honor my agreement to pay off the full balance, I have not missed a single payment in the last 3 years which is proof of such.<br> As per the National credit act they should remove the blacklisting or I am happy to receive a capital paid of letter and submit it to the credit bureaus myself.<br> As the attorneys have refused to do so, I am requesting DMC to intervene and assist here.<br> I am willing to lay a complaint with the NCR should I not be assisted here.
