Refund request

DMC continues to take my money out my bank I have sent them proof of payments to their consultants Makaziwe , Mziwamadoda, and Neliswa every time I call to find out about my query they tell me my refund will reflect in 48hour. It’s been over 21days still haven’t received my refund. I believe one of these consultants ****med me because why am I not receiving my money back R1750
