Refund of funds

I had a personal loan with FNB which was handed over to DMC. I made a payment arrangement with DMC to debit my account monthly with an amount of R1000.00.

I settled my account on the 26 August 2025,however DMC still debited my account on the 20th September 2025. They were supposed to refund me my funds but they keep on saying that they paid the funds to FNB. FNB keeps on referring me back to DMC.

I'm not happy with what they are doing.
