Ref ***6/ ***7/ ***/ ***

I dont recall acknowledging the reference numbers Ref ***/ *** of which R350 is being deducted monhly from my account from October 2014 to current, i have tried numerously to get reimbursed, I further received a message on my cellphone on the 24/02/2016 stating an amount of R200 will be deducted at the end of February for arrangements being made by me with regards to Ref ***6/ ***7 of which i have no knowledge, I contacted the customer care line and was informed that it could be PRESCRIBED LOANS. I demand a full reimbur*****t on all previous deduction and also demand all Loan references to be cancelled due to the New National Credit Amendment Act stating it is ******* for a company to contact a consumer and demand payment, any such debt should therefore be closed immediately and i should not be harassed for prescribed debt as it is ******* according to the NCA. Please correspound to me via email only as i need to keep a record of all interactions.
