Rcs cards account (2001)

A consultant from Dmc came to my house telling me I must sign an acknowledgement of Dept and terms of payment without proper explanation of what I was signing for. I asked him questions and he started to bully me into just signing the documents he had without me having read them. I declined to sign as I cannot even remember the dept. I think this is a prescribed Dept and these people think consumers don't know their rights
