Qualify for discounted settlements and then NOT

on the 13/08/15 i called requesting settlement amounts on my accounts now owned by DMC. i spoke with Angelica who assisted by providing me with a 50% discount on the Cell C which i accepted.<br> moving onto the next account she realized that i was under debit review and she could not help further. After much back and fort and speaking to a manager Luzuko it was confirmed and agreed that i pay the now discounted amount, which has been done. Luzuko also advised that i cancel my debit review and qualify further for discounts to settle my remaining account.<br> <br> after much disagreement about why i couldn't be helped with the rest of my accounts i was told to call Adcon dept. i was assisted Siphokazi Xaba who sent me the reminding settlement letters again i queried about receiving discounts like i did with the CellC bill. she was to speak to a manager and get back to me.<br> <br> today i am told that discounted rates was a \one day special"however i called numerous times back and forth to Angelica to query theses discounts on the same day. <br> i cant understand if i were a normal consumer i qualify for discounted rates but cos i am under debt reiew i dont ! it doesnt make any sense.
