proof of payment

i was handed over to dmc by two companies capitec and virgin mobile, i settled capitec of 5 or 6 months ago but i have not received any confirmation letter from dmc and i called several times with no success. when you guys wanted money from me you sent a man to my house, now that i am paying you dont have time to send me my letter. i have paid about 5 payments to virgin mobile account, if i do not get my letter before end of september, i will reverse all the payments that i made already to virgin mobile and you send that man again in my house he will regret the day he accpeted a job from you.
