Prescriped debt and wrong listing

This company had listed me on prescribed Debt claiming i have agreed via telephonic conservation to buy debt for from capitec bank , i do not recognize the debt from them and they ****d my banking details with complete wrong address.

They promised to produce records but to this date nothing had materialized, i have logged dispute with transunion from there i am taking them straight to NCR.

Everyone having complaint with them we can log a call to NCR to be investigated
