Prescribed Debt on my Credit report!

Why am I seeing an outstanding loan amount from DMC on my credit report? I have no idea where this is coming from, although the report is saying this debt account was opened on 18-Sep-2018! Please have this removed off my credit report ASAP!! Even if I did owe this amount it has now prescribed and I want it removed.
