Prescribed Debt but ********* taking chance

i checked my ITC record and have realized that you guys still call me about a 2007 debt ,never paid any debt by that time , never acknowledge nor receive a call from any credit provider ,i dont know about this account and its prescribed according to NCR act ,Please remove it from my record .

I am a well informed person stop with you tricks , trying to get money from the trees

Reviewer Update
Amendments to the National Credit Act (NCA) in 2015 made it clear that it is ******** for any credit provider or debt collector to try to collect payment on a prescribed debt. Sometimes, a credit provider will sell their prescribed debts to a debt collector who will then contact you, demanding payment. This is also ********!
