Prescribed Debt being reinstate without interruption

This company should be sued for *****!! Prescribed account dating as far back as 2017 are being listed again at the credit bureau. Based on all the reviews on this company they are famous for doing this. Then a guy Named Derick Smith calls you saying he is coming to your house or you to sign paper work else this will be taken to court. WFT. They are unable to provide credible evidence when you log a dispute with them. I have now gone to the credit ombudsman for assistance.
