PRESCRIBED DEBT AND IGNORED EMAILS

How can you hand over my account to another collection agency. And when I contact you about it , I get told i must speak to Blake and associates. Collection money from prescribed accounts in order to make money for December? Pathetic. This is against the consumer act and I am now taking this matter to the council for debt collectors. This account is over 3 years old with no Payment arrangements neither has their been any contact but thye first class to hand over to another company I have requested over 10 times this week for my original statement from the lender which is hifi corporation showing when was my last payment but they failing to provide me with that. When my account was bought they obviously got my files but can't provide me with my statement I have bank statements showing that I last paid this account in the beginning of 2020. Unprofessional, disgraceful and money hungry on prescribed debt.
